About the event
My macaron classes are designed to take the mystery, the stress, and the “why do mine look like pancakes?” out of baking these gorgeous little cookies.
This is a fully hands-on class where I teach you the exact techniques I use for Heavenly Macarons. You’ll learn:
How to make a stable meringue that behaves
How to fold your batter to the right consistency (not too runny, not too thick)
How to pipe evenly without wrestling the piping bag
How to rest, bake, and troubleshoot macarons like a pro
How to make simple, flavorful fillings you can actually recreate at home
I walk around, coach you through the whole process, and make sure everyone gets it — no one is left standing there wondering, “Is this supposed to look like that?”
You’ll leave with:
A box of your own beautiful macarons (approx 8 or 9)
A step-by-step guide
The confidence to do this again in your own kitchen
And usually a whole lot of laughs
Everything you need is provided. Just show up ready to learn and have fun.
Bakers will be paired up in groups of 2, so if you are coming with a friend you will work together at the same station. If you are signing up as a solo baker, you will be paired up with another baker!
